My 30th Birthday

Last Wednesday was my 30th Birthday!  Eeek!  I can't believe I'm already 30!!  I had an absolutely amazing "birthday week".  Yes, I celebrate my birthday for an entire week and I'm lucky enough that everyone in my family plays along!  My mom sent me flowers one day, Josh took me to lunch almost every day, I had a party on Wednesday night with all of our family there, went out to dinner Friday night with my brother and sister-in-law and went to the Train concert on Saturday (awesome by the way - Thanks Ryan and Athena!!)

We "attempted" to take family pictures to give Mrs. Bridgette for her birthday.  After much complaining and 200 pictures taken, these were the best we could get.  We gave them to her last night and she loved them (despite the turned heads and crying).  Happy Birthday BB!

Charlie - 18 months old

Charlie is 18 months old today.  He is growing up way too fast!  He comes up with new words every day and it just amazes me how fast he picks up on things.  This morning Josh sneezed, and the whole way to daycare he repeated "Ah choo!"  He is too funny!  He can say everyone's name in the family and that's a whole lot of names!  He just started sitting in the "big class" in sunday school that his MiMi teaches.  He carries his little bible in with his offering and it is too cute!  He thinks he's such a big boy!  I'm so grateful for all of the wonderful influences he has in his life!  

We took our first "major" family vacation to Key West a couple of weeks ago.  Charlie did awesome considering the 15 hour drive. 

Charlie - You make our life so full of happiness & laughter!  I thank God each and every day for bringing you into our lives!
